  3. Springfield has plenty of tiny neighborhood shopping centers so that no matter where you live you have easy access to the basics of life. Backlick Plaza, Saratoga Shopping Center, and Ravensworth Shopping Center, are a few of my favorites.
  4. The website ToughNickel.com says that Springfield is one of the best communities in Northern VA to raise a family and that is accurate by my estimation.
