When you’re thinking about purchasing, should you as a buyer pause to consider the Golden Rule?
Every Realtor agrees to abide by a Code of Ethics and a part of that Code of Ethics is the Golden Rule. But how does that apply to a seller when you’re a home buyer in Alexandria? It doesn’t mean that you need to be stupid. It doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t quibble over important details. But it does mean that:
If we’re not interested, we say we’re not interested and then move on. We always deal in good faith.
