As a Northern Virginia resident, it was neat (but not surprising) to see that Old Town Alexandria came in at number 5 on the list, just below Provo, Utah. With 100+ restaurants near the Potomac River waterfront, the historic Old Town Alexandria has a lasting appeal with locals, as well as the tourists.
