When you're thinking about purchasing a house in Arlington County, should you worry about loving the seller?
I was taught the Golden Rule when I was very young and it has served me well. But how can the Golden Rule apply when the other party has a house selling for $749,900 but you want to pay $712,405? It doesn't mean a seller in 22203 doesn't expect you the buyer to pursue tough negotiations. It doesn't mean that you have to buy 3-bedroom home when you need one more bedroom. But it does mean that:
We don't hang up on people. We pick up when we can. If we miss a call, we return a call. We never want to argue or yell. If there is no possibility for agreement, it's time to move on—without hurt feelings.
If the idea of following the Golden Rule appeals to you, I'd love the opportunity to be of service. If you're in the looking for suggestions, check out these homes.
