Green Spring Gardens Park is located at 4603 Green Spring Road, Alexandria. Green Spring Gardens is a public park, including a historic 18th-century plantation house "Green Spring".  Green Spring is the heart of a national historic district listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. Spring Festival At Great Falls Park Had Mules, Music And More To Offer

Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park’s first Spring in the Park was celebrated by the visitors this past weekend. The park plans to repeat this event annually. On Saturday, an event named  Mules, Music and More was held. The event featured Dolly, one of the mules that pull the Charles F. Mercer canal boat. Dolly was just back from her winter at Mount Vernon in Virginia, ready to greet visitors, especially the children who couldn’t keep from petting her and asking Ranger Mark Myers questions about Dolly and the other mules who will summer at Great Falls. Take A Stroll At The All Veterans Park

The All Veterans Park is a 37.78 acres park found in the City of Alexandria, Virginia. It can be accessed near the intersection of Pickett Street Holmes Run Parkway. The All Veterans Park is found on the same stretch of parks along the Holmes Run Stream across the Brookvalley Park. These two parks are connected by the Charles Beatley Bridge. Visit the Potomac River At Jones Point Park

Fisherman enjoy the amenities on the water while a boater passes Jones Point Park is located south of Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. It is specifically located on the Potomac River. It was a critical piece of Alexandria history as one of the largest centers for shipping, manufacturing, and transportation in the nation.
