Alexandria Presbyterian Church To Build New Home

The Alexandria Presbyterian Church will soon have its new permanent home. The church has unveiled pans for its new home at 1300 W Braddock Road at the corner of W Braddock Road and Scroggins Road. With its members currently worshiping at West Braddock church and Del Ray Baptist, the nearly 41,000 square foot church will include a basement, two floors and an attic with a seating capacity of up to 500. The building will also include space for a nursery, Sunday school, teens ministry, an office and fellowship space. Arrangements will be made for adequate parking spaces. Robinson Landing Warehouse Building To Renovate With The Opening Of A New Market and Restaurant.

Alexandria's Robinson Landing warehouse building located at 10 Duke Street will be renovated to operate a market and a restaurant. The project which will be undertaken by custom builder Murray Bonnitt will feature a a market with coffee, pastries, prepared foods, beer and wine along with  a casual restaurant on the first floor. With the addition of this new restaurant Robinson Landing will now feature two of Alexandria's top restaurant developers. Continue reading
