One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Solid Woods.
The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Solid Woods we will best know the actual value of your home.
