Do you need a tenant for a rental in Washington?
We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.
The key to great rental management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty rarely has difficulties with tenants that we find.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with unreasonable renters because we've inherited problems from real estate investors who selected their own renters, or from property owners who have brought us renters from other rental management companies.
The key to finding a great tenant is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Washington.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Washington we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
