We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home.
