We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Features.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Features we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
