If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Pleasant Valley.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Pleasant Valley we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
