If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in J C Biller.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in J C Biller we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
