If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Elkton.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Elkton we can nail down the retail value of your real estate investment.
