If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Rileyville.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Rileyville we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
