If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in The Commons On William Square.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in The Commons On William Square we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
