If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Newport.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Newport we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
