If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Madison Farm.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Madison Farm we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
