Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Belmont Center.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Belmont Center we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
