If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Regency_At_Dominion_Valley.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Regency_At_Dominion_Valley we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
