If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Ashland.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Ashland we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
