Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Sleepy Hollow Knoll.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property.
