If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Lebanon.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property.
