The key to great rental property management is good renters. Nesbitt Realty rarely has difficulties with renters that we identify.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Highland Estates.
The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Highland Estates we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
