We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Downtown.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Downtown we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
