If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Hawthorne_village.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Hawthorne_village we will help determine the market value of your property.
