If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Kings_Park_West.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Kings_Park_West we will nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
