If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Jermantown_Village.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Jermantown_Village we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
