If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Jermantown_village.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Jermantown_village we will help determine the market value of your property.
