If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Fairfax_Ridge.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Fairfax_Ridge we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
