If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Fairfax_ridge.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Fairfax_ridge we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
