If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Fairfax_Center_Landbay.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Fairfax_Center_Landbay we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
