If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Fairfax_center_landbay.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairfax_center_landbay we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
