If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Fair_Lakes_Court.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Fair_Lakes_Court we will best know the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
