If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Fair_lakes_court.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Fair_lakes_court we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
