If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Dunn_Loring.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Dunn_Loring we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
