If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Dunn_loring.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Dunn_loring we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
