If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Blake_Tree_Manor.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Blake_Tree_Manor we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
