If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Blake_tree_manor.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Blake_tree_manor we will nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
