If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Berkshire_Woods.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Berkshire_Woods we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
