If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Berkshire_woods.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Berkshire_woods we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
