If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Westbriar Plaza.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Westbriar Plaza we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
