Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Fairway Manor Estates.
The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Fairway Manor Estates we can nail down the market value of your property.
