If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fairway Manor Estates.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairway Manor Estates we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
