If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Fairfax Metro Square.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairfax Metro Square we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
