If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Westview_hills.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Westview_hills we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
