If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Lee Brooke.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Lee Brooke we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
