If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Springfield_Estates.
The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Springfield_Estates we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
