During the lease term in Springfield_estates

During lease, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As managing agents Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental in Springfield_estates, the renter must allow us to go into the rental. Some good reasons to go into rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or improvements,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Springfield_estates. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
