If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Thoreau_place.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Thoreau_place we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
