If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Polo Fields.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Polo Fields we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
