If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Paramount.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Paramount we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
